ARCHITECTURE (Lat. architectura -
from the Greek. architekthon - builder) (architecture), of the
skill projecting and of constructing buildings and other construction
(also their complexes), which create the materially organized medium,
necessary for people for their life and activity, in accordance with
the designation, by contemporary technical capabilities and by the
aesthetical views of society.
As the form of skill architecture enters into the sphere of
spiritual culture, aesthetically is formed the environment of man, it
expresses public ideas in the artistic means. The historical
development of society determines functions and types of construction
(building with the organized internal space, the construction, which
form the free spaces, the ensembles of construction), technical design
systems, the artistic system of architectural construction.
The architectural organization of the space of the populated
areas, creation it is municipal and settlements, the regulation of the
systems of settling they were isolated in the special region - town
building. In the architecture functional, technical,
aesthetical beginnings are interconnected (benefit, strength, beauty).
Designation, functions of architectural construction determine
its plan and volume- three-dimensional structure, construction
technology - possibility, economic expediency and the concrete means
of its creation. the Descriptive- aesthetical beginning of
architecture connected with its social function is manifested in the
formation of the volume- three-dimensional and design structure of
construction. Expressive means of architecture - composition,
tectonics, scale, proportion, rhythm, the plastic of volumes, invoice
and the color of materials, the synthesis of skills, etc.
In 2-1 floors. 19-20 substances social and scientific
and technical shifts caused the appearance of new functions, design
systems, artistic means of architecture, industrial methods of
building.
What does represent "architectural project"?
Architectural project - set of documents, developed in
the course of design works in accordance with the technical task, in
the volume, necessary for performing of construction, repair-
decoration and komplektatsionnykh work on the object.
What such is the "designer´s supervision"?
The designer´s supervision - complex of measures,
achieved for guaranteeing the correspondence of technological,
architectural- stylistic, construction and other technical solutions
and indices of the introduced in the operation object to the solutions
and to the indices, provided in the affirmed by customer design
documentation.
What this "decoration"?
Decoration of interior at the stage of the carrying out
of repair and construction works - selection of furniture and
equipment, surfacing materials and accessories, lamps, painting and
sculpture, other details of interior, connected with the periodic
trips of executor on the stores, the offices of suppliers, the
exhibitions, etc., together with the customer and independently.
What such "architectural concept"?
Concept, these are the materials, which make it possible
to estimate project and to form precise requirements for further
design. It, certainly, does not give precise tyings and sizes,
but it makes it possible to select direction and operation.
The development of the preliminary concept of building -
perhaps, best, if we not the only method previously estimate and to
obtain idea about the projected object. This stage is
especially important for the large objects, since it makes it possible
to avoid many complexities in the course of further design.
Drawing analogy with the division Design- design, the
development of concept can be compared with the extended predesign
solution.
